Featuring ByNanasHands

ByNanasHands owner Melana makes so many wonderful items to sell in her ArtFire shop. The tote bag above would be great for carrying groceries, yarn, books or just about anything!

Need a toy for a baby or toddler that is handmade and unique, but also safe for young children? This toy turtle is one of many toys she makes!

She also makes eyeglass cases such as this blue flame one. What a stylish way to keep your glasses scratch-free!

I think my favorite thing in her shop is the Kindle eReader covers, they are so cool! Awesome way to carry your Kindle around and keep it safe. There are many patterns and colors to choose from and the price is great!

I hope you will check out her shop! There are many more items there than I have shown!

New Towels!

I have some new towels in my shop! I still have the spring towels, but took out the Easter ones that didn't sell. I am adding new towels frequently. My newest set is a Coffee Shop Theme. Coffee kitchen themes seem very popular these days so I figured I'd make some up. I have more to do in different colors for the tops too! I'm excited about my new hanging towels. They are great for drying hands in the kitchen. People with small children especially love them because the kids can't pull them off the stove or cabinet since they are buttoned on. Check out My Shop and see what I have to offer!

Happy Easter!

I hope you all have a wonderful Easter time! Good Friday is almost here and I'm so thankful that Jesus gave His life for ME (and you, and everyone.) Enjoy time with your family this Easter and remember WHY we have Easter, Jesus died for us and rose again! Praise the Lord!

Important Information for Caregivers: Check out NMEDA

This post brought to you by NMEDA. All opinions are 100% mine.

Many people across the world are caregivers to someone who is disabled, so we all know how hard it is to care for someone full-time and yet let them have some independence.  If you are a caregiver or know of someone who is, check out NMEDA.  They are  a non-profit org educating consumers on buying equipment and vehicle modifications products for the disabled.

NMEDA can let you know which modifications your loved one will need, with personalized evaluations.  If you buy something on the internet without this personal evaluation, you could be getting something that won't work for your vehicle.  With NMEDA you can be sure you're getting the perfect solution that is customized to your loved one's needs.  They are there after your purchase as well, with help on additional training or product refinements.

NMEDA has QAP (Quality Assurance Program) and Dealers.  The QAP is the only nationally recognized accreditation program for adaptive mobility equipment industry.  They work on the principal that in order to satisfy customers on a consistent basis, they must have a systematic and documented approach to quality.

I believe NMEDA can help caregivers who are doing their best to care for their disabled loved ones.  By helping your loved one feel more independent, you are really doing your utmost to see to their needs.

Head on over to NMEDA and put in your zip code to find a qualified NMEDA dealer near you!  You will be so glad you did.  Once you do, comment here and let me know where your nearest dealer is located.  I'd appreciate it so much.

Summer Must-Haves

I have a line of cup cozies that are perfect for summer. When I am sitting and sipping on a nice icy cold drink, I hate it when the condensation on the glass or cup drips down onto my lap! These cozies catch all water coming off the cup, and absorbs it. Also great when I'm sitting at my computer, so when I pick up my glass I don't drip any water onto my keyboard. I have several at home that I use, and in my shop I have tons of colors to choose from. This summer, use a cozy coaster to keep your lap, computer and everything else dry and condensation-free! Just visit my ArtFire Shop to see my selections!

Etsy Shop Reopened!

After much consideration and praying, I decided to reopen my Etsy Shop! I am hoping to get more exposure being in two places, Etsy and ArtFire. I have so many friends on Etsy, I have missed being there with them as well. I'm only adding new stock, not all the items on ArtFire I have listed now. In the fall I will add hats and scarves but right now I'm focusing on purses and hanging towels on Etsy. I hope you will come visit my shop on Etsy to see my newest creations! Thank you!

Kitchen Towels

I've added a line of kitchen towels with crocheted tops that can be hung on stoves, fridges and cabinets. They are so handy to dry your hands on in the kitchen. People with toddlers and little children like that they can't be pulled off of the handles where they're hanging too. Right now I'm doing a spring/Easter line and soon I'll be adding themes such as coffee, vines, sunflowers, daisies, roosters and more! They are a great value at $4 each plus shipping too. I have them in both my Etsy shop and my ArtFire shop. Come take a look at the many styles I already have in my shops, and see what else is there! Thanks for stopping by!
