2 sold listings!

I made this cute little hat and bootie set in brown and pink for a newborn, I thought it came out SO cute, I started to make a matching poncho. So I listed it and it SOLD within 2 hours of listing! A nice Etsy friend of mine bought it for her soon-to-be- granddaughter who will be born in a few months. I didn't even have time to list that poncho before it sold. ;)

So, I finished up the poncho and listed it. It is cute by itself too so I listed it and sent an email to my friend who bought the hat and booties set, but before she could buy it, it was snapped up! Within 30 minutes of selling! I'm thinking, wow brown and pink must be seriously popular right now. I'm going to have to buy some more of those colors, soon.

I just had to share that awesomeness, I was so thrilled at how quickly those things had sold and they were just so cute, I had to put pics up here.

My newest creations

This sweet baby hat and bootie set was inspired by a treasury I did recently with pink and green. The next day, I designed these. They're for a 3-6 month old baby girl. I just love how they came out! I'm sincerely amazed at how many looks this has gotten on Etsy!

One unique item from my shop is crocheted spoonrests for the kitchen. I've been making them for a couple of months and have sold several. I recently came up with this cool pattern for a sunflower one. I think it's really cute, with the handle part being green to look like the stem!

Bcrayz's Etsy shop

Today I want to show off a wonderful Etsy shop with only ONE sale! Been too long

It's been way too long since I did anything here! OOPS. I have to try to be more vigilant. I've been selling on Etsy for several months and doing pretty well there. Creating is the most fun, promoting is harder :) I've met some wonderful people through posting on the forums, and my favorite seller right now is Charsbeads4U. She has amazing jewelry and is a sweet Christian person. I've bought from her several times and she's bought several things from me now too! It blesses me so much to find friends like her. Blanket sold!

I'm so excited, that baby boy blanket I posted about last time has SOLD at my friends shop! Woohooo. It only took a few days to sell, too.

I've just finished up a new crochet hook case for myself, out of my own new pattern. I am really thrilled with how it came out too. Hope you like the pics of it.

Well, I really love the new groups I joined at Etsy, especially Etsy for Autism, CAST Team (Christian Artists), and Etsy Hookers. They've been such a blessing to me and brought me more business than I ever had before. Thanks everyone!

I've just finished these lovely baby blanket to send to a friend's shop who is nice enough to try to sell my items. They are a great size for babies, and so soft. This friend of mine has sold a baby sweater set, a couple of baby hat sets, and an adult hat for me so far, since January! I'm really excited about this new business venture. I used a basic round ripple pattern and chose my color scheme and layout myself. Hey, I don't think I'll get rich off this, but if I can profit just a few dollars and have some spending money, I'm happy! And if I were to get rich, all the better :) Praise God that He's given me the talent and the passion for crocheting. Even if I only made things as gifts for people, that's good enough for me! Now, I'm making things for my sister-in-law who ordered 2 baby sweater sets (sweater, hat, booties) and I finished one and am about 3/4 done with the other one. I love word of mouth sales!
